Can you use the logo I already have?

This is the most complicated issue we deal with. If you own the IP rights (you have the working art file), then yes we can use your logo that was previously created. If you do not own your logo (no files other than a picture of it), then technically you do not have rights to take it to any other designer. We would need to contact who originally designed it to get their files, or we would be looking at a new logo design package. Either way, you will learn where you are branding wise and we will proceed accordingly .

Do you Print in House?

Most printing is outsourced to vendors we have had a relationship with. This ensures quality products at affordable rates. We will handle all your needs though. You would not have to go from office to office to get all your items taken care of. We will house your designs and files for quick access and ordering convenience.

I have a computer, why should i hire a designer?

Your branding and marketing materials are often the first point of contact with potential customers. You don’t get a second chance to make a first impression, and therefore your communication materials need to convey the right image. A design agency will produce marketing materials that will help to impress upon potential customers the professionalism of your company and the service you offer. By producing your own marketing materials you run the risk of appearing amateurish, meaning the loss of potential customers.

What are your payment terms?

Projects over $50 require a deposit of half to ensure job completion and payment from customers. Anything under $500 can be paid when job is complete. Payments can be made via Cash, Check (business checks only), Paypal, Zell, & Cash App

How Does the design process work?

We start all projects by thoroughly discussing the details of the project with the client. From this discussion we establish the specific requirements, which we call The Brief. We believe that client input is a crucial factor to making the project a success. Once we have established the brief and received deposit, we begin work on the project by researching ideas. These initial ideas are worked up on the latest Apple Mac computers into design visuals using the latest graphic/web design software. The design visuals are then forwarded onto the client for feedback. We listen carefully to client feedback, offering solutions and advice to any issues that may arise. If any alterations are required, these are made and the amended visual is resubmitted to the client. This process continues until we receive client approval.

how will I receive the final design?

Digital files like logos, flyers, or other art files will be sent via email once final payment is made. Each job will be sent with files according to their contract agreements.

Will I be able to update these files on My computer?

If you have purchased the IP rights to the project, you will be able to amend at your discretion. However if rights are not purchased, the art work will not be editable or free to send to other agencies for design or print.

What If i need it tomorrow?

If schedule allows , we will do our best to rush your project. With a rush fee applied.

Can you just remake this image i found on google?

We pride ourselves on creating unique designs for our customers. We also pride ourselves in strictly following copyright law. Just because it was found on the internet , does not mean its free to be used or copied. However, we can take ideas from the internet. We will work with these ideas you find and create something unique. You wouldn’t want to find out someone is using YOUR images for their gain would you? This is a strict rule with us.
